These terms will be finalised before our first paid events. In short: be respectful, attend events you book, don't share other members' details without consent, and report anything that makes you uncomfortable.

Photography and video consent

By booking a ticket and attending a padelmeet event, you acknowledge and confirm that photographs, video and audio may be captured during the event, and that padelmeet may use this content in promotional and marketing material — including our website, social media, advertising, email and press — without payment or further approval. This includes your image, likeness and voice, and applies worldwide and indefinitely.

If you'd prefer not to appear in this content, tell a padelmeet host at the event or email us and we'll do our best to keep you out of shot, and will remove existing content featuring you on request where reasonably possible.
